- Comedy Café Indonesia (mixed)
- G/F 06 Pasar Festival, Jln HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan. Popular hangout for gays where they may socialize freely. Many gay staff (chubs mostly). Lots of local celebs.

They have a larger venue now and so many cute people hanging around in there. It is also near the Pasar Festival Swimming Pool and Gym which are well known gay meeting points. - G/F Plaza Senayan Arcadia Bld, Jln Asia Afrika, 5790-1281, email. Attracts upscale expatriates and professional Indonesians. Chic vodka bar with fabulous signature cocktails. Gays mix in freely here with their friends.

- Disco and pub which is popular with gays.
- Moonlight (mixed)
- 120 Jln Hayam Wuruk (at Olimo, next to Suisse Bakery, on the corner of Hayam Wuruk St and Mangga Besar St), Jakarta Pusat, 625-2162. Small and fun disco, but definitely not upscale. Young gays and lesbians on Wed, Fri and Sat nights. Dark spaces to sit and cruise. Beware of hustlers.

- Just off Jln Hayam Wuruk, Kota (just up from the Moonlight Discotheque). This mixed disco which is somewhat popular on Fri and Sat nights. Music is techno. Gay men should be discrete as the management is not tolerant of open displays of affection. Very drug-oriented according to reports from visitors and lots of female hookers who staff will try to introduce you to.
