"I've visited Hanoi twice now and I think P6 Sauna at 42 Đ. Yên Phụ, Trúc Bạch, Ba Đình, +84 85-600-9669, is the best. It has great facilities, steam, private rooms, jacuzzi, etc. It's been reasonably busy when I visited and I've found the locals quite friendly to foreigners like me.
