"Visited Actions last weekend with a friend. Consistent hot water was a problem, but the guests were friendly - it was clear they all knew each other. People smoked in the common area, which isn't a problem if you smoke. Maze was good and allowed for nice body contact as we walked around. The towel-check system was a little annoying and made us carry two bands everywhere. Cubicles were well stocked with condoms and a useful automatic lube dispenser. Mats were on the floor, not on raised platforms. It's supposed to be all nude, but most of the guys go around covering their privates with their hands. HK is not as open as mainland China. There is a small steam room where most of the action is. Three showers. A lounge with one computer for free Internet. A regular TV channel is being played. There are dark cubicles well stocked with condoms and lube, plus two TV screens playing gay videos. Friendly crowd and many were willing to engage with a non-Asian visitor (especially in the busy steam room!). Mixed crowd, although not many really young types. Plenty of towels on hand and overall the facility seems well looked after, if a bit in need of a makeover. No sign of smokers - yay! The sauna is on northern side of Temple St, not the more famous southern side that the market is on. The street is divided in two by the actual temple. They have recently opened the 12th floor making it 3 floors in all. The 12th floor has 3 private rooms for overnight stay, an area that resembles an MTR train, a TV area, maze and a Japanese style bath. They model themselves very closely to the saunas in Japan. No-one showed any interest and clientele was often openly disdainful of a non-Asian. A reasonable facility once you get past the lacklustre foyer area.
